In addition, specialists clarify the thousands of doubts that they surely have and teach them techniques to cope more calmly with the moment of delivery.
Yoga for pregnant women.
Ideal for mom to work on body awareness and respect for her emotions to feel more connected to herself and her baby. As long as there is no medical contraindication, it can be started from the third month of gestation (week 14).
Accommodating the baby.
This workshop consists of teaching baby positioning techniques to avoid unnecessary caesarean sections. From the beginning of pregnancy, these techniques and postures help mom to identify the position of her baby on her own.
