One of the megatons we had last month was Dying Light 2: Stay Human. The Techland sequel kicked off a dream February that was crowned with Horizon Forbidden West and Elden Ring. However, the Polish developer has not forgotten the work that catapulted her to fame.
Dying Light already has a patch for new generation consoles seven years after its launch. Can download it free of charge if we already owned it and today, March 8, it already appears as available for PS5 users. However, those who own the title on Xbox Series X/S will have to wait a bit longer.
It will be really little, since Techland has said that “in a few days” the update will be ready. Of course, what we are clear about are the new functions for each version and how they will look:
PS5
- Performance mode: 60FPS and Full HD resolution.
- Balanced Mode: 60FPS and QHD resolution.
- High Resolution Mode: 30FPS and 4K resolution.
PS4Pro
The 30FPS limit has been improved.
xbox series x
- Performance mode: 60FPS and Full HD resolution.
- Balanced Mode: 60FPS and QHD resolution.
- High Resolution Mode: 30FPS and 4K resolution.
Xbox Series S and Xbox One
- Performance mode: 30FPS and Full HD resolution.
- High Resolution Mode: 30FPS and QHD resolution.
The Nintendo Switch edition of Dying Light it is currently only available physically in Germany due to censorship. On the other hand, Dying Light 2 on Nintendo Switch it will have a cloud version that has been delayed and for which we have no date.
