Many of these children work in dangerous conditions.

The director of the International Labor Organization (ILO) reported that approximately 152 million children are victims of child labor, and about 73 million carry out hazardous work.

According to the figures, this is equivalent to 1 in 10 children worldwide. 71% are working in agriculture, 17% in the service sector and 12% in the industrial sector.

Of these little ones, 1 in 5 is found in Africa, 1 in 4 in Asi and Pacific regions, 1 in 19 in America, 1 in 25 in Europe and Central Asia, and one in 35 in the Arab States.

It is estimated that by 2030 child labor and forced labor will be eradicated.
